Instruction
1. Before the procedure of dismantling of plastic windows it is necessary to prepare the room at first. It is better to take out furniture, household appliances and other valuable things from it. In other words, to window there has to be free access. Furniture of the large sizes needs to be covered with film as during dismantling in the room it will be dusty.
2. Before dismantling it is necessary to remove the chosen shutter from window opening. Heavy plastic construction therefore it is necessary to do it accurately, differently any careless movement can break it. From the top loop it is necessary to pull out rod which is responsible for fixing of shutter, and then to remove it and to lower carefully on floor.
3. From shutter of window it is necessary to take out the double-glazed window fixed by rubber fillets. The last should be taken out on one, starting with the longest. For this purpose the chisel, the palette or knife will be required. The tool at the same time has to be pushed in narrow strip between fillet and shutter.
4. After extraction of the last fillet it is necessary to take out double-glazed window from shutter. That during this procedure not to injure hand, previously it is necessary to put on cotton gloves.
5. Further it is necessary to sort and remove locking window furniture. After unscrewing of handles, it is necessary to remove self-tapping screws. By means of the screw-driver, by means of detachment of compound parts, it is necessary to sort closure mechanism. That the sorted parts of window design have not become puzzled, they should be collected in package.
6. Then it is necessary to start dismantling of double-glazed window which, as a rule, consists of 2-3 glasses connected by remote frame. In interval between glasses of double-glazed window there is moisture absorber. By means of knife it is necessary to make an incision top layer of sealant. The tool at the same time should be pushed superficially, otherwise it is possible to damage window. Sealant needs to be deleted layer-by-layer up to aluminum frame. It is better to carry out this stage of dismantling in couple.
7. After dismantling of shutters and double-glazed window it is possible to start removal of window frame. By means of the electrofret saw or hacksaw it is necessary to saw window partition. After its removal it is possible to start dismantling of frame. For this purpose the electrofret saw cuts on opposite corners of frame become and by means of the screw driver the screws fixing frame are removed. Penultimate stage of dismantling is extraction of window frame in parts with use of the hammer and scrap. Right at the end the windowsill and otliva are removed.
