As it is correct to lay water heat-insulated floor

Despite all complexity of mounting, heat-insulated water floor is very successful decision as he is reliable and rather economical even at daily use in cold months of year.

The person without the corresponding experience is hardly worth most being engaged in mounting of heat-insulated water floor as this business thin and any defects in design can become the reason of serious problems in use. However if nevertheless there is such inexperienced enthusiast and, having used the principle "on mistakes study", will decide to mount heat-insulated floor alone, then for a start it should stock up with necessary knowledge.

There are several types of systems of water floor among most of which the concrete system is popular. The concrete system can be mounted in brick, stone houses and also houses from shell rock and gas concrete.

Preparatory work

The first that will be required for mounting of concrete system of heat-insulated floor – heat-insulating plates from expanded polystyrene as this material very effectively keeps heat indoors. Heat-insulating plates are laid on concrete floor cap, their optimum width has to be from 30 to 150 millimeters – everything depends on that how intensive will be warming up of the room. Over heater the polyethylene film which provides reliable waterproofing of all design keeps within. The next stage of works is laying of the special damping tape compensating stretching of sexual tie at its heating and mesh reinforcement on which the most important element – floor heating pipes fastens. In certain cases (for bigger reliability of design) mesh reinforcement keeps within repeatedly – already directly on heating pipes.

Heating pipe fitting

The most responsible stage of works – pipe fitting on which water will circulate, creating warm comfort in cold months of year. Pipes can be stacked in several ways – in the form of snake, spiral, double snake or spiral with the displaced center. Pipes to mesh reinforcement by means of collars fasten. Important: in order to avoid possible heatlosses and for maintenance of stable pressure in system, the maximum pipe length should not exceed 90 meters. For ensuring the most effective heating of the room, the distance between rounds of the pipeline should not be less, than 30 centimeters. The distance from pipe to walls has to make 7-10 centimeters. On end of pipe installation and its connection to the giving collector (special mechanism by means of which pressure monitoring in system is exercised), it is possible to start molding – filling of system concrete solution. Thickness of concrete layer should not exceed 70 millimeters. To the beginner for record: connection of system of hot-water heating should be made only after full hardening of concrete mix. As a rule, concrete completely dries for three-four weeks.
