Wet facade – technology of warming of external walls by means of multilayered putting various materials – from primer to plaster. In its installation there are certain nuances.
Materials for creation of wet facade
Several types of materials are applied to warming of facade by wet way. At the heart of this system the heat insulator is used. In this quality mineral mats can act. It is eco-friendly material which differs in high fire safety. It is often used for warming of buildings from tree. For wet facades mineral mats with a density not less than 120-155 kg/m are used.
Expanded polystyrene (or polyfoam) – light material which is convenient for transporting and lifting on the necessary height. It does not cause irritation on skin. At the same time material more combustible and less eco-friendly, poisons the environment. The minimum density of material – 25 kg/m.
Extruded polystyrene foam has bigger durability, than normal. It is exposed to special processing which allows to use it for finishing of socles, the bases. Such material is applied to wall seldom as is much more expensive, and need for it on vertical there are no surfaces. The minimum density of this material for wet facade – 30-40 kg/m.
What material you would not choose, its thickness has to be not less than 100 mm, and in cold regions – from 150 mm.
Density determines the total durability and durability of material. In hinged facades this factor has smaller value as the main loading is the share of framework, and in wet – on heater. Therefore if it is insufficiently strong, the facade will quickly collapse.
Except the heater other materials will be necessary. For fixing glue is necessary. The specific brand depends on type of heater. Will in addition record dowel umbrellas heater. For framework the armirovochny fiber glass grid is necessary. External corners will protect special aluminum perforated corners. Also universal front primer, decorative front plaster and paint will be necessary.
Mounting of wet facade
Mounting of wet facade is made in several stages. The first – preparation of facade for warming. If work is conducted on the house which already was in operation, it is necessary to remove all hinged elements. Remove antennas, hoods, otliva and other. It is also necessary to get rid of decayed finishing by plaster. When all superfluous is removed, wipe walls with damp rag to remove dust and dirt.
The next stage – mezhventsovy warming of wooden house. On the houses made of tree it is necessary to carry out additional preparation. When hinged elements are dismantled, process walls protective layer antiseptics. Between wreaths there can be slots. Fill them with special heater.
When preparation is complete, it is possible to start directly heater mounting. First of all prepare the gluing solution. Pour structure into net capacity, then gradually pour in necessary amount of water which will be specified on packing. Mix everything the mixer or drill with special nozzle.
Then start heater gluing. It is necessary to do it gradually, ranks from corner, moving from below up. Apply glue on each tile with the toothed palette and with force press to the basis
If walls very uneven, you apply glue pointwise, on corners to tiles and on the center. It is so easier to regulate the provision of heater concerning wall and to level surface.
Apply heater to corner of wall and slightly press down. To adjust the provision of plate, use special level. Then paste the second plate. It is necessary to do it from the opposite side of wall. Between two plates pull twine. It is possible to be guided by it, stacking other plates.
Having finished the first row, start the second. Paste each subsequent row with shift as brickwork. On corners tie up heater then start mounting of dowels. On corners drill openings, make the same holes in the center of each plate on the necessary depth. Insert dyupelya-umbrellas there, hammer spreader pins. Hats have to be submerged in heater.
Cut heater plate on the panel about 2-3 cm thick. Paste over with them windows, having made slopes of heater.
Final stage – check of results of work. Walls have to turn out absolutely equal. If there were hillocks, they need to be jammed special grater.
In the course of preparation of walls for reinforcing between plates of heater there can be slots. They need to be filled with special foam or scraps of heat insulator.
It is possible to mount heater only at temperature about 5 degrees Celsius.
The wet facade needs to be fixed by means of fiber glass grid. Paste perforated aluminum corners on external corners, window and door openings. It becomes by means of glue structure. Cover with the same glue hats of self-tapping screws, having created ideally plain surface.
Execute reinforcing of window and door openings. Cut fiber glass grid on pieces of the necessary length. She has to settle down with zavoroty on corners and overlap about 10 cm.
Apply glue on the reinforced surface with layer in several millimeters. Apply grid to this layer and carry out on it by the palette. The grid has to plunge into the gluing structure completely.
In the same way execute reinforcing of all facade. When the surface completely dries, glue needs to be applied once again with very thin layer. As a result ideally plain surface has to turn out. It can be reached by means of the wide palette.
Clay needs to make more liquid, than for heater gluing. It cannot be put with thick layer: after drying it will go cracks. All large roughnesses need to be removed with grater prior to reinforcing.
The Armirovochny layer becomes covered with decorative plaster which composition and look can be picked up for taste, proceeding from desirable color and texture. Works need to be carried out to warm season that the wet facade has served as long as possible.
