Sometimes it is required to adjust plastic window. For example, when the shutter of window touches frame (at shrinkage of walls), the window after installation is badly closed (at misplacement), rubber sealant that leads to blowing off (leaky adjoins at long operation). The manufacturing firm can make it, but it is possible and to be engaged in adjustment of window independently.
Instruction
1. If the shutter of window is in open position, and the handle accidentally is turned down, then the lock works, and the window cannot be closed. At first define the brand of accessories. Usually its name is written on metal lock. If accessories of Aubi: around the handle find the sticking-out metal plate with spring, finger densely press this plate to sealant and then turn the handle. If accessories of "Roto", "Winkhaus", "GU" or other brands: find metal uvula (it is at an angle concerning frame) below the handle, then finger press on this uvula before giving of parallel situation to it concerning sealant down, and further without effort turn the handle and put it in the necessary position.
2. In case the uvula does not touch reciprocal element on window frame: open window and find this part to which the uvula has to adjoin, turn off several screws of reciprocal element of the lock and then enclose between it and frame thin screw or lining from plastic.
3. If the handle hardly and not against the stop turns: buy silicone lubricant and well miss the mark all mobile elements, pay special attention to the top angle gears. Twist screws which regulate window loops, remove stub on the lower loop and then raise shutter, twirl the screw which is in loop key (hexagon).
4. If blows from under heater: on shutter find the mobile elements in the form of rollers having opening in the middle for hexagonal wrench No. 4 find point on the edge of roller and turn this point closer to sealant (the point is closer to sealant, the clip is stronger).
5. If when closing window the rollers do not come into reciprocal parts on frame, rearrange reciprocal plates: turn off the screw of reciprocal level which is on frame and then displace level down so that the roller came under reciprocal level completely. In general, if the window is correctly mounted and glazed, then it practically does not need adjustment. Therefore, when choosing manufacturing firm, give preference to the checked firms which are releasing qualitative windows.
