1. To apply lubricant on working shaft, the perforator needs to be disassembled correctly. Remove ring, the releasing sleeve, internal ball and also spring. Then put forward board of the bearing and remove the switch.
2. Then dismantle the board protecting the bearing from casing and remove fixer, spring and also ring. After this remove the closing spring. After that remove levels, washers, ring, the piston and cylinder. Apply on intermediate shaft lubricating grease in quantity one gram, and then consistently collect the perforator.
3. To collect reducer with the body, press the closing spring to reducer and establish from above on reducer part of the body. At the same time hold the body of reducer with one hand, without allowing it to cover completely reducer (leave small opening: 4-5 millimeters). The body has to adjoin reducer that through the formed opening the channel which is created by the back and front switching levels and that at the same time the fork of the closing spring coincided with the corresponding opening of the switch was visible so.
4. Execute final assembly of reducer of the perforator. For this purpose the switch turn clockwise arrows, having installed it in the hammer mode.
5. After that close reducer that situation in which there is board face was similar to position of the body.
