5. In case of lack of reaction to your complaints from ZhEK make addressed to his chief claim on behalf of residents of the house and demand to include the house in the plan of capital repair. In case of refusal and lack of any actions prepare for court. Order independent examination in the construction organization and on the basis of the expert opinion make the statement of claim in court on behalf of residents of the house. One representative of residents on the issued power of attorney can act in court.
