Instruction
1. Re-plan warehouse space if in it there is need. Plan storing places so that to provide free pass and journey to each of storage position. Try to calculate ways of entrance and approach so that on the one hand not to make them too narrow and inconvenient for maneuver during loading and unloading of goods, and on the other hand that access roads were not too wide and did not "eat" the useful area of the warehouse.
2. Calculate the admissible height of storage of goods in your warehouse. This height depends on specifics of the goods stored in warehouse. Organize racks so that most effectively to use warehouse in height and at the same time not to create threat of damage of goods.
3. Number or on another tie parts of the room of warehouse to certain tsiferno-alphabetic classification. It is possible to number sections both on the basis of classification of goods, and on breakdown of warehouse on zones.
4. Conduct electronic accounting system in warehouse. This measure considerably will increase efficiency of its work, will allow to control its work at any time and respectively always to be aware about availability of any given goods in warehouse. Tie numbering pallet of your warehouse to electronic accounting.
5. Do not allow employees of warehouse to be in its territory needlessly. The discipline in workplace promotes the general order in warehouse.
