1. As construction material for framework both the wooden bar, and metal sections can be used. It depends on the construction project of the house, the used materials and technology. The framework is built at once entirely from the base to roof. Therefore still before starting its creation, it is necessary to decide on the project of the house precisely: size of useful area, number of storeys, features of construction. For example, it is possible to build the house from framework including the first floor under economic needs. But for this purpose laying of the foundation of special type will be required and it should be considered at design.
2. Components of power framework give space rigidity of all structure of future house. For the best distribution of loadings on supporters it is better to establish supporting poles at identical distance from 0.5 to 1 meter in size. Specific size depends on rack thickness.
3. As primary covering the cement and chip plate or plywood can be used. When using mineral heat-insulating wool boards by the most optimum there will be step between the bearing support of 1.22 cm in size. Installation of frame support should be begun with house corners, carefully verifying their vertical position the construction level or plumb. For corner posts the square bar of 150х150 mm in size is used. or 200х200 mm. The choice of the size is caused by thickness of the planned heater.
4. The basis of stud wall is the lower binding consisting of wooden bar. Before installation of binding the waterproofing course between it and the base is created previously. As waterproofing material roofing material which keeps within 2-3 layers is usually used. For bigger stability the bars of the lower binding are attached to the base by means of anchors. It is important to watch that bars were established strictly vertically. The construction square is for this purpose used.
5. Walls of the frame house are put up in several layers in the form of sandwich. It provides them high thermal insulation at small thickness. Therefore before establishing heat-insulating plates from the inside of the house the special paroizolyatsionny layer is mounted. As the main heater it is more preferable to use mineral heat-insulating wool boards on stone or glass fiber. The last step in draft finishing of the frame house is creation vetro- and the hydroprotective breathing membrane. After all layers of walls and roof are completely mounted, it is possible to pass to laying of utilities and interior finish of the house.
