1. On single sheet write down number of people who use water in the apartment or the house. There are certain norms according to which, in day about 200-300 liters of water are the share of one person. Everyone can define this value for itself(himself), at the same time the number of liters can be approximate.
2. Determine daily water consumption. It is necessary to increase number of people by the number of liters of water which everyone uses for one day. For example, in the apartment there live 4 persons. If to take the minimum quantity of liters (200), daily consumption will be 800 liters a day.
3. Determine the average water consumption, that is daily water consumption of the dwelling which needs to be separated into number of hours in day when residents use water.
4. Determine the flow capacity of points of water consumption (kitchen washing, the washing machine and so forth): these data can be found in the instruction or on the Internet.
5. Put all values of flow capacity of points of water consumption.
6. Calculate correction factor. Formula: k=1 / √ (x-1), where k – required coefficient, x – quantity of points of water consumption.
7. Increase the general flow capacity of points of water consumption by correction coefficient. So you will find peak water consumption – amount of water which residents of the apartment or house can consume at the same time. If all family members at the same time bathe, prepare, etc., the filter has to clean bigger amount of water.
