It is difficult to provide our life without crane with hot water in the house. The double-circuit gas boiler at which one contour is intended for heating, and the second – for water heating can be source for receiving hot water. For the same purpose the water-heating column which works independently from heating is used.
Instruction
1. Depending on what type of energy it turns into hot water, there are gas, electric columns or heaters on solid fuel. In the presence of gas in the house, the choice remains behind the geyser. It is rather cheap, there are no combustion products and, respectively, there is no need of their utilization.
2. Choose the location of the water heater. It has to be near places of consumption of hot water – kitchen or the bathroom. On design it is better to use the suspended water heater. It is compact, does not demand a lot of place for installation, has convenient approach for performance of scheduled maintenance. Fix the water heater on wall.
3. By means of the knees made of sheet iron, or corrugated hose connect exhaust outlet for the burned-down gases to specially arranged flue. Make eyeliner of cold water. On the pipeline before column put the water filter and the crane. The filter is necessary for water treatment from mechanical impurity, and the crane to have opportunity to repair column, without blocking water supply to other consumers. For installation of the filter choose the horizontal site.
4. Now, by means of ruler, level, tape measure and pencil lay the route of future pipeline of hot water. If pipes pass through wall, in advance make in them openings. Pencil on ruler and level draw lines of marking of the route on wall. Be not afraid to soil walls. These lines "will leave" under pipe after its mounting. As the main use pipe with a diameter of 24 mm of the Party of Pensioners of Russia for hot-water supply. On the scheme drawn on wall calculate the necessary quantity of corners, T-couplers, connection sleeves, attachment parts of pipes to wall. Add final couplings with metal thread for connection of flexible hoses of mixers of kitchen, the bathroom, etc. Tape measure measure the number of running meters of pipe.
5. For connection (welding) of parts of water supply system and pipes use the special electric heater with two nozzles. One for pipe end warming up, the second – for warming up of inside face of corners, T-couplers, couplings. Densely insert pipe into the warmed part and you hold within 30 seconds. The knot is ready. In such a way make welding from source to the consumer of hot water.
6. Connect to the collected highway consumers and water-heating column. For supply and connection of gas call specialists of gas service. They will perform work and will issue the act on connection. After briefing you get permission to operation of the geyser.
7. Open the crane of supply of cold water, check tightness of system at idle column. If there is no leak, open hot tap of any consumer, start water-heating column and check its work.
