The shamotny brick meets the requirements for fire resistance. This brick has all necessary qualities for construction of fire chamber of fireplace and the beginning of flue. It does not make sense to use it for construction of all furnace because of its high price. Cheaper options quite will be suitable for finishing of external parts also.
