The door from the massif represents very difficult product in the technology relation. Only competently made, it can combine unpretentious design, ease and reliability of design.

Instruction
1. Make sure that the framework of door unit is executed not from integral cloth of wood, and consists of several stuck together bars. For this purpose in shop examine door section. Such design will allow to avoid its deformation during operation. When choosing product pay special attention to geometry of door cloth as the lack of deformation will become guarantee of reliable sound-proof properties.
2. The shape of door cloth has to be ideally rectangular. To check this parameter, measure door on diagonals. The difference between the obtained data should not exceed 1–2 millimeters.
3. The door cloth has to be absolutely flat and not have any curvatures. Not to become the owner of the door deformed in the form of the propeller or "eight" attentively consider it from face. Apply to it direct rail or construction level, not less than one and a half meters long.
4. It is important that door faces with its surface formed right angle, that is in cross-section it has to be the rectangle, but not trapeze or parallelogram. To check door, apply the metalwork or joiner's square to its surface and face. Put the device in several points to make sure of total absence of bevels.
5. Consider that the lack of squareness at faces will lead to the fact that the door will rest against door case. The card of loop at the same time it will become constant to be shaken, leading to exit of screws from box.
6. Pay attention to lacquered surface of the block of door. It has to be smooth, without the imprinted traces of packing and without hillocks formed as a result of covering by varnish of motes, fibers and other garbage. Purity of processing and color of interline interval at faces of door should not differ from its surface significantly.
7. Decorative direct elements of baguette, grids and framework have to go parallel to door faces, and their connection not to have essential gaps and shifts.
8. Check, the glass inserted into door is how well fixed. Slightly shake door cloth if glass is inserted badly, it will rattle.
