5. Learn what type of cleaning is applied in the oven which was pleasant to you – catalytic or pyrolitic. For catalytic cleaning the oven is covered from within with special enamel which splits fat at hit on it. It is rather simple to wipe such oven after use with dry fabric. However enamel loses the properties over time, and it is necessary to wash oven in the normal way. At pyrolitic cleaning the oven self-cleans by means of heat treatment.
