Cabinets – irreplaceable furniture in each house. Recently cabinets with sliding doors became popular: it not only is convenient, but also is practical. Each house master is capable to establish such door.
- - the decorative leveling false-panels from chipboard;
- - lining;
- - self-tapping screws;
- - drill with drill;
- - hacksaw;
- - guides;
- - tape measure;
- - door cloths;
- - simple pencil;
- - file.
1. Sideways and from below cabinet install the decorative leveling false-panels. By means of linings remove the lower false-panel strictly in the horizon. After that install the top panel. Reliably fix the installed panels by means of self-tapping screws. All this is preparatory work.
2. Measure length of aperture of cabinet and postpone these sizes on the top guide then cut off it, using at the same time hacksaw. Process the place of cut file that will allow to give to this constructive part accurate exterior. After that attach by means of self-tapping screws the top guide on chipboard.
3. Cut the lower guide or track and attach it to chipboard. Before to make it, surely adjust vertical. For this purpose probno establish one of door panels and adjust vertical position of arrangement of this door, shifting the lower guide either inside, or outside. Then in stream of the lower guide establish stoppers (do not fix them).
4. In turn establish door cloths. For this purpose bring the top rollers of doors to stream of the top guide, and later, having a little raised the lower rollers, bring them to stream of the lower guide. Adjust degree of adjunction of doors to cabinet (for these purposes there are adjustment screws on the lower rollers and also positioners or as they are called still, stoppers).
