The modern cooking panel or as it is called still "cooking surface" - it is the special modification of the electric stove developed for the purpose of the maximum comfort and harmonious combination to the design decision of modern kitchen. If it is simpler to tell, then cooking panels and the built-in electric oven are the same electric stove only separated into two parts.

1. Before being engaged in connection of oven and the cooking panel attentively examine technical characteristics and the main constructional features.
2. Distinguish two types of cooking surfaces: - connected which copes by means of the handles placed on electric oven, - not connected which is supplied with separate power supply and own management.
3. Analyze power supply of kitchen, its power has to be enough for connection of devices and to be autonomous. If parameters of the power supply network do not coincide with necessary, then the eyeliner of additional cable will be required.
4. When mounting electrical wiring for electric oven and the cooking panel, apply consumables taking into account that the oven is calculated (on average) on consumption 2-3kvt the electric power, and the cooking panel will consume up to 7 kW. Therefore, for ensuring full safety at the subsequent operation of devices, lay electrical wire with a section at least 4 mm for the cooking panel and 1-2.5mm for oven.
5. Without fail make grounding of devices that will serve as guarantee of safe, stable and trouble-free operation.
6. As a rule, the cooking panel, unlike electric oven is calculated on 1-2-3 phase connection to the power supply network that is caused by big energopotreblyaemost of the panel. Therefore, attentively study passport data before installation of both devices as features of electric power supply depend on their class.
