Instruction
1. Box locks serve as the main closure mechanisms now. When choosing box lock you remember that they are intended for the "right" and "left" doors. Though there are also universal locks. There are two ways of insert of locks. The first way – simple insert of the lock. At door face in this case the level of the lock will remain in sight. Apply the lock to door, draw pencil the place at door face where we will do deepening in tree. Now note lock thickness on this place, draw rectangle which you should cut at doors. Take drill, insert the drill on thickness coinciding with lock thickness. On drill note wire depth on which it is necessary to drill opening. Begin to drill, doing openings closely as far as the drill will allow.
2. Now at you the deckle-edged opening has turned out. Level them, cutting down chisel excess tree. The equal rectangular opening will turn out. Enclose in it your lock, outline pencil front level of the lock. Cut through chisel tree on this mark on thickness of this level. Once again insert the lock check whether everything is normal. Apply the lock outside to lock cloth opposite to the opening which is cut down by you, plan where there will be opening for lock larva. Drill opening, level it chisel to the necessary sizes, then fill up edges with round file.
3. Now insert the lock into the opening prepared by you. Fasten two self-tapping screws to door cloth. Place lock larva on its place, fasten the bolt which is available in lock set. Insert key, try as the lock works, the key has to rotate easily and freely. Smear face of the moving-forward lock language with chalk. Close door, rotate key, kind of closing the lock, you knock lock language face on door case, that is plan where to do opening for lock language. Cut through opening chisel. Put pad, having fixed it by self-tapping screws. Your lock is ready for operation.
