1. Decide what pool is necessary to you. Whether there will be this big construction in which it is possible to swim for a while much, or the pool will serve more decorative purposes. In the latter case in it it is possible to plant water plants, to start fishes.
2. Having chosen pool type, define how you will begin to fill it and where water will be drained. Rather difficult is choice of depth of the pool, at its definition it is necessary to consider whether there are in the house small children. The deep pool is potentially dangerous to them therefore it is necessary to make it small or to protect dangerous part with decorative obstacle. When children grow up, the protection can be removed.
3. When choosing form of future construction it is necessary to consider that the pools having the curvilinear forms look much more attractively. They are closer to the nature, are better combined with the plants planted near them. The paddling pool can be rather small, up to 2-3 meters in the diameter.
4. All preliminary studies are executed. Planning pool contour, make it a little big taking into account that walls will be concreted or faced by brick for prevention of fall of the earth subsequently. Remove the top fertile soil layer shovel and scatter on the site. Then choose the remained earth up to the necessary depth and put it in bags for the subsequent export. It is possible to use this earth for the device of decorative hills or terraces.
5. Lay out walls of the dug-out pool brick (in 1/2 bricks), it is the simplest option. If the squared pool, the option of filling of walls with the timbering device is possible. Do not forget to provide pipe supply for draining in advance. Fill in dock apron with concrete.
6. Plaster brick walls quality solution. Then cover all inside face of the pool with layer of the waterproofing material. It is the most convenient to use loose mixes on the basis of cement and special additives. You put moisture barrier with thickness in two millimeters. Over it lay decorative tile.
