Instruction
1. For a start perform inspection of the perforator for the purpose of identification of visual defects. Weak spot of the perforator – plastic boot on the boss: it often breaks because of what there are losses of stoppers. To prevent emergence of this problem, it is recommended to use long drill.
2. The perforator begins to be disassembled with the top knot. For a start remove rubber tip then tab washer, and then head and spring. After it pull out ball.
3. Accurately put all removed parts (nothing has to be lost, then it will be impossible to assemble the perforator). After that take away the electric tool body from reducer: between the body of the perforator and reducer the crack (3-5 centimeters) has to appear.
4. Remove the switch, having switched it to situation blow with drilling. After that remove the body from reducer.
5. The electric tool can stop working for various reasons. For example, the anchor or the stator was covered. For elimination of this problem switch-off the perforator from the power supply network, untwist three bolts on its back cover then uncover. Check condition of brushes, after it ring out cable and the button of inclusion.
6. If breakdown is suddenly found, examine cable for the purpose of identification of the reasons of strong excess. If the visible reasons of damage of cord are not revealed, untwist cable and see each cable core. Pull out the injured vein, smooth out that part where there was breakdown, then ring out cable for check of its integrity and collect the perforator.
