Instruction
1. For replacement of bearings uncover back and top the washing machine of Indesit, then accurately take off belt from pulley of drum and the drive of the motor. Put all fastening bolts in plastic tanks that they were not lost. Take wooden bar and block drum pulley. Then unscrew the screw which fixes it. Accurately remove pulley from axis, using the special remover. Then unscrew fastening bolts and remove spreader level.
2. Remove screws which provide fastening of level, then shift level together with springs closer to front wall of the washing machine a little and fix. Then remove counterbalance that is necessary for dismantling of collar and cover of tank. Disconnect electrical wires from Teng of the thermostat. Act accurately that wires of the thermal sensor have not broken. After the tank is uncovered, dismantle drum and attentively examine its integrity. Clean heating coils from scum.
3. Remove node of bearings from axle of the drum then extrude from it faulty bearings. For this purpose establish wooden bars at the edges of the knot body by the bearing, put to it metal rod and in turn by means of the hammer beat out bearings. If there are no skills of dismantling of bearings, it is better to address experts. Such works will not take more than fifteen minutes them.
4. Replace unusable bearings new of in advance acquired repair kit. Collect structural components of the washing machine in the return sequence. Check operability of household appliances.
