Construction of houses from bar is attractive by the relative low cost and technology simplicity, small terms of construction of buildings. At the same time the ready house differs in high heattechnical rates and durability.

Instruction
1. For construction the six-meter bar is used by section 100х150, 150х150, 150х200 and 200х200. For external walls it is necessary to take bar not less than 150 mm thick, on internal walls and partitions there is enough section of 100х150 mm. The glued bar differs from normal in more high strength and durability, lack of cracks, trueness to size. At its use practically the same technologies and methods of construction, as are applied to normal bar.
2. Construction of the house begins with filling of the base. For the bar-shaped houses differing in high strength and rather small weight the melkozaglublenny continuous footing is usually used. At first it is necessary to dig trench under it 50-70 cm in depth. Sidewalls are laid by waterproofing material. On bottom of trench coarse-grained sand by layer in 40-50 cm over which the concrete tape of the base is filled in is filled.
3. After hardening of the base execute the lower binding – that is lay out on all base frame from bar on which walls will be already put up. Logs are at once mounted then draft floor is laid. Over it boards of the main floor are put, at first it is better to put them bottom side up and not to beat. Final mounting of floor should be carried out after wall construction, roof and finishing of walls.
4. Having finished laying of floor, start wall construction. At first walls of the first floor and partition are mounted, when using glued bar it is not required to use heater. It is explained by the high accuracy of production excluding formation of slots. Bars connect round loose tongues and mounting "larkspur" that provides high strength of walls.
5. Lay ceiling beams and rafters, hem and warm ceiling. If the second floor is provided, mount internal partitions. Further the roof latten is mounted by board, the roof is arranged. From below it is warmed and hemmed.
6. One of advantages of houses of glued bar is that they do not need to give time for shrinkage therefore at once it is possible to start installation of doors and windows. The last stage of work – finishing of walls, for it various materials, from lining to gypsum cardboard can be used. After the main internal works are finished, mount finished floor and start final finishing – painting, sticker of wall-paper, etc.
