1. Think over the plan of arrangement of the estate. Make the list of all constructions which you assume to have on the site. At everyone the requirements to housing density, but any estate are necessary economic constructions: garage, workshop, bath, shed, guest lodge, greenhouses, etc.
2. Plan utilities. Provide the site with water and the electric power. If it is impossible to be connected to city electricity, think of own electric energy source. 3. Carry out territory marking. Allocate three main zones: inhabited, economic and recreation area. From North side arrange the farm buildings which are not demanding a lot of light. In the territory there has to be lighting and clean paths to each building. Choose paving slabs for facing of paths – it esthetically looks and is durable. Leave the place for recreation area and green plantings from South side. So in hot day the trees will cover house windows from the sun. Think of arrangement of gazebo - it has to be the coziest place. And its size and style will depend on the number of guests. Install separately under canopy stationary brazier. If you are not limited to the territory, arrange artificial reservoir or the pool. Use arrangement of constructions and green plantings so that to be covered from neighbour's looks.
4. Be not limited to practical arrangement of the estate. Pay attention to esthetic registration of all territory. The comfort of life is determined not only the spacious house and convenient movement by the site. Think over decorative registration of space around cottage. Bright beds, bushes and the gazebo twined ivy will allocate functional zones. And green plantings along paths will unite composition of buildings and will make your estate attractive.
