The room allocated under storage of clothes and footwear has to be functional and convenient. Competent planning will allow to save considerably time by search of the necessary thing therefore it is important to equip the wardrobe room taking into account all needs of the owner.
Instruction
1. Define the location of the wardrobe room. If the area allows, then allocate under wardrobe the small isolated room. In small-sized apartments it is possible to use any free space.
2. Count the number of shelves and drawers. The number and location of places for storage of clothes and footwear depends on the size of clothes. Separate the room into functional zones and decide on the necessary number of shelves and boxes.
3. Actively use accessories for storage of things. Brackets for storage of trousers, skirts, belts and ties will provide fast access to things and convenient storage. Use small baskets for storage of small objects, adapt multilevel suspended regiments for warehousing of underwear, fill sliding regiments with footwear and bags. Having defined the place for each type of clothes, you will be able to keep ideal order.
4. Think over lighting. Arrange lamps so that to light the most dark corners of the wardrobe room. Establish several small lamps of day lighting on perimeter wardrobe, illuminate the lower cabinets and curbstones, light mirrors.
5. Correctly arrange mirrors. Competently it is impossible to equip the wardrobe room without mirrors. Consider several options of placement - several mirrors on each wall of the wardrobe room or one big mirror in all growth. Think over option of mirror doors – you will save space and will achieve the necessary comfort.
6. Provide ergonomics and convenience. Find the place for small short flight of stairs on which it is possible to reach the topmost shelves. Get soft padded stool on which it is possible to sit, changing the shoes. The folding ironing board and compact dressing table will make the wardrobe room even more functionally.
