The housing code of the Russian Federation provides the right of citizens to receiving premises from the property of the state or municipal units in order of priority. Instruction
1. Confirm that your family is needy what it is necessary to provide data on the income and data on property for. Provide the following documents: the passport, the certificate of family composition, documents on property of the real estate, vehicles, income statements for the last period.
2. Confirm that your family belongs to other categories having the right to be registered. It can be the persons living in unsuitable housing, the orphan children, citizens having disease which excludes cohabitation. Other categories provided by the legislation, for example, disabled people of the Great Patriotic War.
3. Confirm needs in premises. You have the right to stay on the registry if you are not employer, the owner of premises or members of their family; the available premises are less than registration norm on the person or do not conform to requirements to premises.
4. Confirm permanent residence in the settlement.
5. File to municipal authority petition for registration as needing housing. The application is signed by all capable, in common living family members. The documents specified in Paragraphs 1,2,3 are enclosed to the application.
6. Receive the decision on statement/refusal in registration (within thirty working days since that moment as you have handed over documents).
