- - carbonic film;
- - white spirit;
- - cleaning agent for ware and spray;
- - dry clean rag;
- - stationery knife;
- - hair dryer;
- - painting adhesive tape;
- - felt and plastic doctor blade.
Instruction
1. Choose surface on which the film will be applied. If you carry out the procedure in house conditions, it is better to do it in bathroom to the room, there least of all dust. Before works it is better to include water that from air has settled dust. If you are going to paste over the car, do it in warm garage. The film, resistant to weather patterns, needs to be glued at the air temperature of 20-25 degrees.
2. Prepare surface. It has to be very clean and heated-up. Wash, rub to gloss with dry rag and degrease. For preparation of the degreasing solution take white spirit and water in proportions 1:10, mix. This structure wipe dry surface. Obduyte hot air from the hair dryer. When drawing on heated-up surface the film lays down better.
3. Take film. Without tearing off from basis, apply to the place of pasting. Fix on the place by painting tape that carbon fabrics have not moved down aside.
4. Accurately remove basis. If the film of the big sizes, let helps you somebody. You watch that the film has not stuck together among themselves.
5. It is abundant process the restored surface soap solution from spray. Add cleaning agent for ware to water better. The surface completely has to be wet. Paste film to wet surface.
6. Apply film to surface, smooth. Walk on surface plastic doctor blade that all bubbles and water have left. Then walk felt doctor blade. Heat surface with film the hair dryer and once again smooth. You apply film on roundish surfaces, all the time heating the hair dryer and smoothing doctor blade. When heating the film will accept on the necessary form. The main thing not to hurry, centimeter behind centimeter giving to film the necessary rotundities.
7. Having pasted over all surface, cut off the remains sharp stationery knife. If there were several small bubbles, pierce them needle that there was air, and smooth.
