Do you want to receive tulips by March 8? There is nothing impossible. It is simple to grow up these gentle flowers from bulbs by method of so-called distillation. But for this purpose the planting stock should be bought and put even in the fall.

Instruction
1. If you have already bought bulbs of high-quality tulips, then prepare the correct substrate. Peat, mix of peat and sand, clean sand, its mix with the earth and also moisture capacious materials perlite and vermiculite will approach. The main thing – that mix for landing well absorbed moisture and passed air, but also, possessed neutral reaction (rn 6.5-7). Ideal substrate for distillation – mix from 2 parts of the normal garden earth, 1 part of compost or the mature rerotting manure and 1 part of clean bank sand. It is possible to add a little wood ashes. To the simple earth do not put at all: it when watering will be pressed, and bulbs can die from lack of air. As a last resort use sawdust. But they should be mixed with lime, and to water substrate more often than any other.
2. Fill the prepared substrate in boxes or pots on 2/3 their volumes and press a little. Spread out bulbs of tulips to surfaces, and then slightly press them into the soil. The distance between them has to be about a centimeter. Then to dosypta substrate to top of bulbs and edges of pots or boxes. Well water with solution of the calcic saltpeter divorced in proportion of 20 grams on 10 liters of water. Often after that the soil sinks, the top of bulbs is shown outside. In this case it is necessary to fill up a little more substrate. Deliver to capacity to the cool room – cellar or the basement. Temperature in it has to be up to standard +5-9ºС.
3. Maintain indoors big air humidity – not less than 75-80%. Water bulbs, do not allow substrate drying. They will take roots and sprout about 16-20 weeks, depending on grade of tulips which you have chosen. At the end of December temperature in that place where they stand, should be reduced to +4ºС. It is necessary to prevent too strong pulling of tulips. By the beginning of March they have to blossom. If you want, you can just cut off them. And you can at the end of April or at the beginning of May to land to the open ground.
