Instruction
1. Open toy. Observe at the same time accuracy not to tear off any wires - they are very thin. Find the printed circuit board on which contact pads are located in the body. Under each key having the contact-maker from conducting rubber is available on the area filled with the alternating contacts. At their short circuit the sound from the loudspeaker is also distributed.
2. Listen to all sounds which the toy is capable to synthesize. Choose from them that most of which of all is pleasant to you.
3. Make experiment. Pull out batteries, close contacts of one of keys, and then, without disconnecting them, insert batteries. Whether the sound will be distributed? If yes, you were lucky and the ringing button can be turned on in rupture of supply circuit. If it turns out that the toy reacts only to those short circuits of keys which are carried out at already installed batteries, it is necessary to connect the ringing button parallel to the key chosen by you, and to leave batteries connected to toy constantly. The profitability of call at the same time will decrease a little, and the noise immunity will worsen. It is necessary to connect it to the button shorter cable.
4. Before carrying out any operations connected with soldering, pull out batteries not to damage sensitive chip of musical synthesizer.
5. By means of the voltmeter and the indicator screw-driver make sure that on the wires going from the available button there is no mains voltage. At the slightest doubts carry out new wires and install one more button.
6. Connect the wires going from the button or to rupture of supply circuit or parallel to chosen by you toy buttons, depending on result of the test which is carried out according to step 3. In the first case close contacts of the button of toy short.
7. Insert batteries. Make sure that the turned-out doorbell works. At connection on the first way he will become silent right after release of the ringing button, in the second - every time will finish melody up to the end.
8. Make in the body dredging for conclusion of wires to the ringing button. Collect toy then make sure that the call has not lost working capacity.
