It is required to you
- - LEDs;
- - sheet micarta;
- - plastic bottle of green color;
- - transparent thermoshrinkable tube;
- - the enameled wire;
- - solder;
- - rosin.
Instruction
1. Cut the sheet micarta bought in shop representing the electric insulation material made of several layers of paper on strips. Their width has to be equal to 10 mm.
2. After that cut out strips from plastic bottle. On width they have to coincide with strips from micarta. In micarta drill the openings intended for LEDs. The diameter of bore has to be no more than 5 mm. On strip which length is 0.5 m sixteen openings which are located at distance identical from each other have to turn out.
3. Insert LEDs into the received openings and solder on four LEDs in one chain which is expected to turn out on 12 V. Dolzhno four chains which will need to be soldered in one general parallel chain. It is the for this purpose best of all to use the enameled wire.
4. Put on thermoshrinkable tube the received strip, but before it surely check 12-volt tension operability of LEDs. To avoid hit of hot current of air on LED, put on special nozzle nozzle of the hair dryer.
5. By means of the construction hair dryer accurately warm up tube before its shrinkage then the tape can be established and connected to power supply unit at once. The surface to which the LED tape will fasten needs to be cleaned from dust, dirt and to degrease by means of acetone.
