How to make the driest tie

The dry tie is one of ways of the device of the basis of floor. It consists of two layers – inert material of crushed fines and the basis of flooring (plasterboard plates, puff plywood and other). It is characterized by rather small weight and convenience of mounting.

It is required to you

  • - polyethylene film area equal to the room size;
  • - special lighthouses or normal wooden rails, height in charge thickness;
  • - filling material (haydite, sand, etc.) with fraction to 5 mm;
  • - covering basis;
  • - edging tape;
  • - rubber hammer for tamper of charge;
  • - construction level;
  • - small rail for leveling by length, a little bigger, than distance between lighthouses.

Instruction

1. Carefully clean surface on which the tie will lay down.

2. By means of level make marking, having noted at first the top point. Being guided by it, paste edging tape on wall. Its upper edge – tie edge.

3. Lay polyethylene film on surface. Do not allow joints if film not integral, put strips with an overlap not less than 5 cm. This waterproofing and care will be not so superfluous here.

4. Establish lighthouses by means of construction level. Fix them in any convenient way.

5. Begin to fill up material and level it on lighthouses, since distant point to finish at exit from the room.

6. At the last stage lay the plates prepared by the sizes, stamp them a little and fix by self-tapping screws. Joints can be glued with construction glues and to putty. If from above there is laminate or parquet, then it is not obligatory to glue.

7. Everything, the dry tie is ready. Now on it it is possible to mount various sexual coverings without fears for emergence of failures and cambers. It is necessary to be careful only of excessive moisture on floor and from below. Moisture is contraindicated to dry tie categorically.
