Instruction
1. Download the scheme of creation of the oven working at used oil. Unpack it: so it will be easier for you to be guided that where to fix.
2. In the middle of cover of oil tank make opening (by the size it has to equal to diameter of fire tube). Weld in this place on oil tank cover fire tube.
3. A little on the right from position of joint of fire tube and oil tank make small opening in oil tank cover. Pass throughout it throttle ashpit (establish this element of the oven with small inclination). From above on throttle ashpit the slide damper puts on.
4. Attach flue to fire tube: its height has to be three-four meters. To increase heat emission, build flue under inclination, and draw its conclusion vertically at height and as it is possible above.
5. Fill in used oil (about three quarters of tank) in fuel tank. After that you will put forward ashpit and insert into it torch. It is simple to make torch: reel up rags on wire and moisten it in diesel fuel.
6. Then set fire to torch and insert it into ashpit. Literally in two minutes oil will begin to burn.
7. Lower ashpit in mouth: from its location the burning speed, and depends on where is valve, - intensity of burning. In most cases the used oil burns down completely. Process of burning is followed by hardly audible rumble published by the oven. From pipe there should not be smoke.
