If you want to receive green energy source and not to overpay for consumption of electricity, the solar battery is that it is necessary for you. It is not difficult to manufacture the solar battery, it is only necessary to have near at hand the corresponding materials and to follow some instructions.

- - plywood;
- - set of polycrystalline cells;
- - carpenter's tools;
- - joiner's glue;
- - glass or plexiglass.
Instruction
1. Polycrystalline cells from silicon will be necessary for you for production of the solar battery. Often such cells are on sale without the conductors soldered to them. Independent wiring and soldering of conductors is rather difficult process therefore try to buy the cells which are already containing contacts. Pay attention that polycrystalline cells - very fragile material. Be extremely careful during the work with them.
2. Take piece of thin board, spread out on it cells, measure board under the size of these cells. Add about 5 cm of free space at the edges of board, on them wires will be laid. Cut out substrate from tree by the sizes applied on it. Paste polycrystalline cells to the cut board, observing contact arrangements on them. Use for this purpose small amount of glue. Make soldering of contacts of cells among themselves, using at the same time copper tires which, as a rule, go complete with cells.
3. Take plywood and cut out from it piece by the board size with cells, add at the same time 5 cm from each party. Cut wooden framework 5 cm wide and attach them at the edges of plywood leaf. At you the box with low boards from tree and plywood bottom has to turn out. Paint internal part of box with the paint resistant to open air. Paste board with cells to box bottom inside.
4. Connect the ends of copper tires consistently: with the diode, the controller of charge and the storage battery. Follow at the same time the instructions delivered complete with the corresponding devices.
5. On it assembly is finished, but for increase in life cycle of the solar panel in which box it is built in, it is possible to pressurize in addition by means of plexiglass or normal glass. Use of plexiglass coverings is more preferable since glass more fragile material, for example, in case of hailstorm damage caused to the solar panel can be rather serious.
