For qualitative covering of the ceiling in the bathroom only special paints will be suitable for rooms with the increased humidity. In shop you can buy the tinted paint at once, and then your ceiling will be not the ordinary white color, but any other combined with the general design of the bathroom.

- - ceiling paint in the bathroom;
- - foam and fur roller;
- - paint bath;
- - telescopic bar;
- - step-ladder;
- - finishing plaster;
- - wide palette;
- - fine-grained abrasive paper;
- - anti-fungal primer;
- - brush.
Instruction
1. Coat ceiling before fine finish of walls. At room renovation, protect plumbing which is there from construction dirt. Lay bottom and edges of the enameled or acrylic bathtub and sink thick layer of newspapers, and then close polyethylene film.
2. Clean ceiling from old paint or other finishing. Attentively examine it. In the bathroom there can be traces of leakages or the place, mouldy. All these sites need to be processed special anti-fungal structures which are on sale in shop.
3. Ground ceiling. For the purpose of prevention from mold use in the bathroom impregnation with anti-fungal properties even if the ceiling was absolutely clean. You put protecting cover with the foam roller fixed on telescopic bar. Usually in the bathroom there is a little place and to be developed with step-ladder very inconveniently.
4. Prepare mix for alignment. Choose it depending on condition of ceiling. At small defects finishing plaster will approach. The ceiling has to be absolutely equal. Any hillock, cavity or crack coated will be brightly visible.
5. Apply plaster with the wide palette. Completely dry and grind fine-grained abrasive paper. Then again ground.
6. Prepare tools for coloring of ceiling. The fur roller with short pile best of all will be suitable for this purpose. It gives more equal covering, without leaving strips.
7. Fix the roller on telescopic bar. Pour paint in special plastic bath. Dipping the roller in paint, roll it on relief edge of bath to remove surplus.
8. Miss the mark with brush with paint all hard-to-reach spots on ceiling. Make rather narrow strips on all perimeter, in places of joint of ceiling and walls.
9. Apply on ceiling paint with the roller. Impose each layer in one direction. There should not be badly painted over places. In order that it is correct to estimate the work, look at ceiling from different corners. Then all unsolved sites will be visible to you. If such were found, then make them until paint has dried.
10. Put the following coat of paint perpendicularly to previous. And only after full drying of surface. The last layer can be made in the direction from door though this moment is not especially important for modern paints.
