Throughout centuries the furnace was used to cooking and heating of the room. The Russian furnace is widely used also today, especially in country houses. It is possible to lay out the furnace which, thanks to the combined laying, right after fire chamber begins to give heat and is capable to keep it long. At the same time has the small sizes.

Instruction
1. Choose for the furnace the suitable place that it was possible to connect it by means of knee to pipe on roof. The added pipe is suitable for this model. If all of you decide to establish mounted pipe, then it has to be made of thin iron. It is connected with design features of this furnace.
2. On the chosen place put thick leaf of polyethylene film, paper roof covering or roofing material the sizes of 530 x 780 mm. Fill from above the sifted dry sand and level it the rule. The layer has to be 1 cm thick. Without brushing away sand, "on dry" lay row from 12 bricks. By means of level expose bricks strictly across, "rubbing" them in sand.
3. From above apply on bricks with thin layer clay. Take door of ashpit and envelop it wet asbestos millboard in one layer or wind with asbestos cord. Fix door by steel annealed wire. Create the second row.
4. Execute the third row from shamotny brick and from above lay grid iron. In the fourth row spread brick on edge. In flue lay supports for internal partition. For back wall establish brick slightly coming out, without clay so far.
5. Now establish furnace door. Wind it with the humidified asbestos cord and fix by wire. For a while record door two bricks. Begin to spread fifth row. Lay brick flatwise according to contours of the previous row. Establish brick in sixth row on edge. To provide bandaging with the previous row, begin to spread seventh row from the three-fours. Lay out back wall from two bricks, edgewise.
6. In eighth row establish slanted brick which will serve as smoke tooth when using the furnace as fireplace and to displace flame to the center. Displace ninth row a little back to provide support of open door. Before laying of cooking plate lay wet asbestos cord. From tenth row begin to spread the smoke pipe which is gradually extending back.
7. On the eleventh row lay latch. Condense with its asbestos cord covered with clay. The smoke pipe has to be joined to metal pipe easily. Spread it in chetverik brick. On the second row take out the brick left without clay strengthening, and clean flue bottom.
8. Now you can start whitewashing of the furnace. Previously close cooking plate polyethylene film. Beat prefurnace leaf, edge furnace bottom plinth. Carry out trial fire chamber by paper then surely leave doors of the furnace and ring open for several weeks for the best drying.
