Naphthalene is used in different spheres: in surgery (as disinfectant), in the industry (for receiving dyes and even explosive substances) and in life (as effective remedy from moth). But naphthalene has one serious shortcoming – unpleasant smell. This aroma is very resistant.

1. If the clothes have become impregnated with smell of naphthalene, it is possible to get rid of unpleasant aroma, having hung out clothes for several days in the sun: fresh air and direct sunshine will eliminate naphthalenic smell. 3. It is much more difficult to remove naphthalene smell from furniture: this caustic aroma is so absorbed in structure of tree that from the first attempt to remove smell will not work well. For removal of naphthalenic aroma use the special absorbers of smells intended for the fridge.
4. Besides regularly air cabinets and use air ionizers.
