The geyser is intended for heating of flowing water and maintenance of the necessary temperature. It consists of the gas water heater, two tubes, one of which is intended for water, the second for gas. Below there is system of ignition and torch. After opening of tapping cock there is ignition of the gas water heater. Products of burning are removed through flue which is located in upper part of the body. Water, heating up, passes through the copper heat exchanger and arrives to the consumer.
Instruction
1. It is possible to call the geyser the economical and durable device for hot-water supply, however from breakage nobody is insured. Repair can be carried out or having asked for the help professionals, or own forces.
2. Practically all modern models of geysers have 3 sensors: burning, draft and overheating. If at least one of sensors is faulty, the column will not work. Any sensor can be replaced. To learn whether the gas sensor is broken, make sure that does not smell of gas near column.
3. Check the sensor of draft by means of thin strip of paper. If she is not mobile, then all combustion products get not to flue, and in the room. The overheating sensor most often does not function because of pollution. It blocks supply of gas to column in case the flame dies away. At the switched-on thermocouple the current is developed, and the electromagnetic valve starts up gas. When fire dies away – the valve automatically blocks fuel supply.
4. It is quite probable that breakage has occurred because annual preventive cleaning has not been carried out. If the pressure of water became small and the column does not join, so it needs to be sorted, cleaned drains and the heat exchanger. Tap water contains substances which promote formation of scum and blockages.
5. Remove column from loops, invert upside down and turn off water pipes. Fill in inside vinegar and leave for hour, then establish column into place, connect pipe for water supply, having put basin under column. Open the water supply crane, all scum and dirt will pour out. After that it is possible to connect other pipes.
6. If after that the column is not lit, check condition of blowpipe, in advance having blocked gas supply. By means of the vacuum cleaner collect all garbage and soot from torch and around it.
7. In case cold water has good pressure, and hot hardly flows, then problem in grid on hot tap. On the majority of cranes it is used grids for creation of necessary form of stream. This design is on the end of the crane. After overheating of column or repair of pipes on grid there are parts of rust interfering water current. Turn off network and clean, then collect back.
