1. Keeping of laying hens in house conditions assumes, of course, availability of the comfortable, spacious shed. Build the frame-board hen house for hens. Such sheds turn out inexpensive and warm. Cold of layer is transferred well, but stop laying eggs at low temperatures.
2. Fill in the shed perches from pole with a diameter of 4 mm. Arrange them at the height about 80 cm over floor. Near perches attach to slot walls for layers. Make them rather spacious and lay hay on their bottom. Hens have to come into slots without the need for forcing of any obstacles.
3. Establish in the shed of feeding trough. It is possible to make them of boards or, for example, plastic bottles. In the first case material just gets off in the design in section reminding letter V. From above on stoyechka over feeding trough from boards establish the rotating pole. It is necessary in order that hens could not climb inside, rake grain and to leave dung.
4. Make plastic feeding trough of two 5 liter bottles. For this purpose cut one of them in half and in the lower part around cut through several openings so that chicken could push in them the head. At the second bottle remove bottom and insert it neck into the first down. Beat from below to feeding trough plywood circle in order that hens could not invert it. Fill grain in the bunker.
5. As drinking bowls in the shed it is possible to use just old cauldrons or buckets. They should be driven in the earth so that hens could reach water easily.
6. Keeping of laying hens in house conditions will be successful in case owners of bird equip the spacious open-air cage near the shed. For fence in this case use normal cheap grid chain-link. Make fencing about 1.5-2 meters high. Equip the open-air cage from East or West side of the shed. In the summer in the open-air cage the hens surely have to have shadow. In construction wall in the open-air cage do the hatch for bird and attach to it the warmed door.
7. Buy on market of 5-15 day chickens layers. One-day you should not get. Such young growth can have big attack. Place chickens in box and put it to the warm place. You feed young growth with chopped boiled egg, cottage cheese and millet. It is also possible to use special forage for layers "Start". To baby birds add a little potassium permanganate to water.
8. In two-three weeks transfer chickens to the shed. If on the street it is still cold, use heaters in the hen house.
9. You feed the grown-up hens with bourgeoises and grain. Give to bird food twice a day. Develop diet of hens so that they received enough proteins and calcium. But at the same time try not to perekramlivat bird. Otherwise she will lower in yaytsenoskost and keeping of laying hens in house conditions will not bring desirable result.
10. Give to bird grain in the morning. Fill it in feeding troughs in such quantity that hens have eaten it completely in 30-40 minutes. During the lunchtime you feed bird with bourgeoises. For preparation of such forage grate in basin carrot, beet, apples, pears, squash, potato and any other vegetables and root crops, disposed. Add bran to mix, it is a little salt and chalk, vitamin supplements, fill in all with boiled water or serum and carefully mix. Bourgeoises of chicken also have to eat completely approximately for half an hour.
11. Let out hens to the open-air cage for all day in the summer. In cold season in hard frosts close the hatch of the shed. Conditions of keeping of layers differ in nothing from technique of care for them in the summer in the winter. But, that hens rushed better, in the shed it is worth installing the heater. Also the bird should give more grain.
12. In case of need receiving young growth enclose eggs under that chicken who will want to become hen. If that is not, use incubator. Get model with function of manual or automatic turn of eggs and humidity monitoring and temperature.
