Cake honey pie is rather popular dessert and besides very tasty. And by means of this recipe you will be able to prepare it very quickly and easily. The fact is that cake layers are preparing not in an oven here, and in a frying pan that considerably simplifies all process.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of a desi (1/2 part in dough and which remained - in cream);
  • 300 g of granulated sugar (1/2 part in cream which remained - in dough);
  • 600 ml of cow's milk;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 50 g of bee honey;
  • 3 glasses of wheat flour for the test and 50 g for cream;
  • 4 eggs and 1 more yolk for cream.

Preparation:

  • First of all it is necessary to be engaged in doughing. For this purpose it is necessary to connect in not a really big pan together ½ part of cow oil, bee honey and also granulated sugar. Then capacity is put on small fire. Its contents should be mixed constantly until it becomes very liquid.
  • Further in a saucepan baking soda and also eggs which should be shaken up previously properly is put. It is necessary to spread eggs in the formed weight very carefully, and constantly stirring slowly with portions pan contents. The fact is that if it is wrong to do it, then eggs can turn. After that continue to warm up weight, foam won't appear yet. Then capacity cleans up from fire.
  • Then it is necessary to add previously sifted flour to the received slightly cooled down weight and to mix dough. After that it should be divided into small pieces of equal volume (them surely there has to be an even quantity).
  • Now it is possible to start preparation of cake layers. For this purpose each piece should be rolled in not really thick layer, having given it the necessary form and the size. Then it is fried on both sides on average fire in a frying pan, oil at the same time shouldn't be added.
  • When cake layers are ready, it is possible to pass to cream preparation. For this purpose it is necessary to pour in 400 ml of milk in a small saucepan and to put it on the heated plate. In other capacity granulated sugar and a yolk connects and everything is carefully shaken up. It is necessary to pour 1 big spoon of flour into that milk which remained and to mix properly.
  • After contents in a pan begin to boil, the milk rest and also the sugar mixed with a yolk joins it. Then, at continuous stirring, it is necessary to bring cream to density. Before removing a pan from a plate, it is necessary to put the necessary amount of butter in it.
  • Then each cake layer should be covered with cream and to put one on another. Cake sides are also coated with cream. As sprinkling the crumb made of offcuts of cake layers is used.
