1. For a start be defined what you will reel up the cotton candy which turned out as a result on. 5. If you were lucky, and at your place there is a device for preparation of cotton candy, then it is important to remember some moments. From 1 kg 80 portions of cotton candy will turn out. Postpone amount of sugar necessary for you, dissolve it in water (on 1 kg of sugar it is necessary to take 1 l of water). Within 10 minutes you boil syrup, then add vinegar (3 ml on 1 kg of sugar). Continue to boil syrup of 10 more minutes. Further fire needs to be reduced. You boil mix before obtaining dense weight within 20-25 minutes. Then turn on the device for preparation of cotton candy, slowly pour a hot sugar syrup on edge of a disk. Syrup will stiffen and cotton candy will turn out.

6. Don't forget to switch-off the device before getting from it cotton candy. Separate the turned-out weight from a disk. Cut it on diameter. Further it is necessary to roll 2 sugar semicircles in tubules. It will be most convenient to do it on a board. Cut the rolled tubules on a portion of the necessary thickness. Don't forget to clean a disk. 7. The device for preparation of cotton candy can be made in house conditions too. You need the motor, plastic for a protection and the sheet of aluminum. Pay attention: engine capacity shouldn't be less than 50 W. Frequency of rotation of the rotor can fluctuate from 1250 to 1500 revolutions per minute. The sheet of aluminum will be a basis. Cut out from it a disk 0.2 mm thick. Diameter of a disk has to be 18 cm. Connect a disk to a protection from plastic by means of aluminum rivets.
