Very simple recipe of low-calorie and madly tasty hard cheese in house conditions. This cheese perfectly will suit even to those who keep the rigid diet or adhere to healthy nutrition. Also mild vegetarians since in it there is no rennet will estimate it.

It is required to you

  • - 600 g of skim cheese (not soft)
  • - 500 ml of skim milk
  • - 1 egg
  • - 1 tsps of salt without hill
  • - 2 g of soda
  • - pistachio nuts optionally (it is possible any other nutlets, sunflower seeds, seasonings or in general without a thing)

Instruction

1. To mix milk and cottage cheese the submersible blender to homogeneous mass.
