Very light and fast recipe for a salmon in honey sauce. Plain ingredients, literally 20 minutes of the spent time, and the dish capable the delicate flavor as a result turns out to surprise any gourmet.
It is required to you
- - 900 g of a salmon;
- - 3 garlic gloves;
- - 60 ml of honey;
- - on 15 ml of olive oil and white wine vinegar;
- - a spoon of the crushed thyme;
- - salt of a coarse grinding and a black pepper to taste.
Instruction
1. We warm an oven up to 175C. In a cup we mix honey, the squeezed-out garlic, olive oil, wine vinegar, a thyme, salt and a black pepper.
2. The baking tray is dimmed by a foil, we spread on it a salmon. We lift edges of a foil and we sauce fish. We close a foil so that sauce didn't follow.
3. We bake a salmon with honey sauce within 15-20 minutes, at once we give on a table. As a garnish it is possible to use rice, vegetables or potatoes.
