It is required to you

  • 1 potato;
    • 300 g of a cauliflower;
    • 1 paprika;
    • 2 squash;
    • 100 g of green peas (fresh or frozen).

    • bay leaf;
    • salt and black sprinkling pepper to taste;
    • fresh greens.

Instruction

1. Wash out potatoes under water and peel. Cut in small cubes and wash out several times in water from starch. A sharp knife husk a thin layer with squash. Cut the cleaned squash in cubes. Sort a cauliflower on inflorescences. Accurately wash out inflorescences under water. Cut each inflorescence on small pieces.

Wash out paprika under water, clean from a core and seeds and cut half rings. Drench tomato with boiled water, rind and cut it on 4 parts. Cut each part on small segments.

4. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan and put on strong fire. In the heated oil accurately lay out the cut onions, fry till golden color. Add carrots, paprika and tomato to onions. Fry vegetables 3 minutes on strong fire, and then 5-7 more minutes under a cover on slow.

5. Add the onions fried in a frying pan, carrots, pepper and tomatoes to a pan to vegetables. Put bay leaf, salt and a black sprinkling pepper to taste. You cook soup under a cover on slow fire within 10 minutes.
