  • - 6 egg whites;
  • - 2 articles (in cake layers) + 1 cup of sugar (in cream) ""with the hill"";
  • - 2 cups of peanut ""with the hill"";
  • - 75 g of starch and wheat flour;
  • - 120 ml of a condensed milk;
  • - 300 g of a desi;
  • - vanillin on a knife tip;
  • - 100-150 g of apple jam;
  • - 2 tsps of powder of cocoa.

Instruction

1. Calcinate peanut in a dry frying pan or in an oven, stirring slowly that nuts didn't burn. Then clean kernels from a peel and place in a grinder bowl. Add couple of teaspoons of sugar from total (it works, as absorbent) and turn peanut into flour.

2. Mix peanut ""flour"" from usual, wheat, and starch.

3. Warm an oven up to the temperature of 160 degrees. Prepare a baking tray, having covered it parchment paper on which from a reverse side it is necessary to draw 3 circles in a cake form.

4. Beat whites to steady peaks, then begin to add little by little sugar, you won't enter all remained quantity yet. Add nut and usual flour, accurately mix movements of a rake from top to down.

5. Lay out dough, filling the drawn circles, and send to the furnace approximately for 2 hours. Ready cake layers shouldn't be neither too dry, nor vlazhnovaty. After preparation it is recommended to leave them for 12 hours without separating from paper.
