The main sweet course of any children's celebration - of course, cake. This tasty and original miracle which not only decorates a table but also solemnly finishes a children's holiday. That cake was memorable, give it the unusual form, for example, of the machine.
It is required to you
- For the test:
- ten eggs;
- two glasses of granulated sugar;
- two glasses of flour;
- two teaspoons of cocoa.
- For cream:
- one bank of a condensed milk;
- 400 grams of a desi.
- For ornament:
- four round chocolate cookies;
- confectionery topping;
- color glazed chocolate candies.
Instruction
1. Take eggs break them in a bowl and shake up before emergence of abrupt foam. Add granulated sugar and continue to shake up.
2. Sift flour through a sieve and pour it to a frothed eggs with sugar. Knead dough.
3. Divide the received dough into two parts. Add some cocoa to the first part and carefully mix.
4. Warm an oven to 180-200 degrees. Grease two baking pans with a desi then pour out on forms of a part of the test and bake 20-25 minutes.
5. Get ready cake layers from an oven and cut everyone on two parts.
6. Soften a desi and shake up it with a condensed milk before formation of homogeneous mass.
7. Grease with the received cream cake layers. Leave a little cream on ornament. Lay out cake layers at each other, serially light and dark. Put the received semi-finished product to be cooled for one hour in the fridge.
8. After cooling get a semi-finished product from the fridge and surely only a sharp knife cut out preparation for cake in the form of a machine cabin.
9. Take chocolate and kindle it, then add to it some milk and carefully mix. Water with the received glaze cake and leave it that glaze dried.
10. Take round chocolate cookies and make of it "wheels" for cake; make "headlights" of the color glazed chocolates; draw windows, a front grille and doors of the car with cream, from confectionery topping lay out a fringing of a cowl, a roof and a trunk of the machine.
