It is required to you

  • - 200 g of oat flakes;
  • - 500 g of flour;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 150 g of granulated sugar;

  • - 300 g of tinned peaches;
  • - 150 ml of peach syrup;
  • - 3-4 quinces of average size;
  • - glass of creamy ice cream.

Instruction

1. In a deep bowl mix creamy ice cream and 50 ml of peach syrup. Warm up weight up to the temperature of 80-90 degrees (you don't boil at all).

2. Add oat flakes to hot mix, mix everything, cover and leave for about 30-40 minutes that flakes bulked up (it is possible to wrap up previously mix with a terry towel).

3. Cut off a peel from a quince, remove a core with stones, cut in any order, put fruit in a pan, pour in it 100 ml of peach syrup, and on slow fire bring gram of the 70th water to the boil. Remove from fire, cool.

4. Grind peaches and a quince a fork in porridge, add oat-flakes, butter, sugar, salt to mix and properly mix all ingredients. As a result dough of average density has to turn out.

5. Lay a baking tray parchment, powder it with flour and by means of a spoon create roundish flat cookies (the silicone mold also will be suitable for baking of cookies from oat-flakes, it needs previously to be greased vegetable or a desi).

6. Put a baking tray in an oven for 40 minutes, having adjusted temperature in 180-190 degrees. Lay out ready cookies on a flat plate, from above strew it with icing sugar. The fragrant fruit and oat-flakes dessert is ready.
