The stuffed mushrooms prepared on naked flame is a dish of the Mediterranean kitchen which by all means will be pleasant to all fans of a barbecue.
It is required to you
- - large champignons - 8 pieces;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - a soft goat cheese - 150 g;
- - ham - 4 slices;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - the peeled pine nuts - 2 tablespoons;
- - parsley greens - 1 bunch.
Instruction
1. Champignons don't need to be washed. Rub off them a damp towel. If mushrooms strongly dirty, then at first clean their surface with a knife, and then wipe. Cut off legs. Preparation of a dish will require only hats.
2. Peel garlic gloves and miss through a press. Cut a soft goat cheese small pieces. Slightly fry pine nuts in the dry heated frying pan. Cut ham a cube. Crush parsley. Mix all ingredients.
3. In each hat put on one tablespoon of a stuffing (a little more, if hats quite big is possible). Sprinkle everything olive oil
4. Put mushrooms on a lattice a stuffing up and put it on coals. Fry until cheese melts. If heat too big, then inwrap each hat with a stuffing in a foil.
