In house conditions it is possible to make various delicacies from sugar. It can be lollipops from the sand melted with lemon juice or more refined oriental sweets. From sugar it is good to involve children in preparation of candies. They not only will join work, but also will advise what to add to delicacies for taste. It is required to you

  • — 2 glasses of sugar;
    • — 2.5 glasses of water;
    • — 3 glasses of starch;
    • — 100 g of icing sugar;
    • — vanillin or vanilla sugar;
    • — 30 g of purified vegetable oil;
    • — various fillers for taste;
    • — cardboard box;
    • — baking paper or parchment.

Instruction

1. Part 2.5 glasses of starch in 2 glasses of cold water. Carefully stir everything to exclude lumps. Filter for reliability through a small sieve.

2. In half of glass of water dissolve 2 glasses of sugar and put on average fire. Weld a thick syrup, periodically stirring slowly and scumming.

3. Oil vegetable a tray for future candies.

4. Pour, stirring slowly, in ready syrup the divorced starch with a thin stream. When weight becomes transparent, pour out it in the prepared tray, level a knife and leave to cool down. It is possible to add to weight for candies various flavor additives.

5. Approximately in 12 hours cut weight on cubes, roll in them in starch. A culinary brush sweep away excess starch from candies and strew with the sifted icing sugar.

6. It is possible to enjoy east delicacy. For storage lay ready candies in the cardboard box covered by baking paper or parchment.
