How to prepare stuffed mushrooms champignons

Champignons are very useful mushrooms which are the irreplaceable product used for preparation of various mushroom and meat sauces. Meanwhile, they possess very convenient form which and wants to be filled with various stuffings.

It is required to you

  • - 800 grams of champignons;
  • - 3 pieces of large potatoes;
  • - 4 pieces of pickled cucumbers, small size;
  • - half of an average bunch of greens of parsley;
  • - 170 milliliters of milk of 2.5% of fat content;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - 6 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - ground black pepper and salt.

Instruction

1. Peel champignons, wash out them in cold flowing water and accurately separate hats from legs. Legs small slice.

2. Hats of mushrooms spread on the warmed frying pan with sunflower oil, add spices, milk and fry within fifteen minutes.

3. The crushed legs of mushrooms are fried in a frying pan with a desi (3 tablespoons) till golden color.

4. Potatoes are washed, peeled and boiled in slightly added some salt water. Ready potatoes are mashed to consistence of puree, add the remained desi and milk, well mixed to a uniform state.

5. Greens of parsley are washed out in cold water and small sliced. The fried legs of champignons add to the turned-out puree, pour out greens and fill with this mix of a hat of mushrooms.

6. Pickled cucumbers wash out in cold water and small cut. Before serving the dish to a table, the stuffed hats of champignons spread on a serving dish and from above put salty cucumbers.
