How to make potato flat cakes with cheese

I tried an unusual dish in Mexico and very much it was pleasant. Products which will be practically in any fridge are a part elementary.

It is required to you

  • Potatoes — 8 pieces, a bulb — 1 piece, paprika — 1 piece, a hard cheese — 200 grams, vegetable oil — 5 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Boil potatoes and you remember it without addition of milk, water or oil.

2. Small cut onions and paprika and fry on vegetable oil. Onions have to become transparent.

3. With pepper add cheese to onions and, stirring slowly, fry about a minute more.

4. Make flat cakes of the cooled-down puree and put a stuffing in the center of everyone. Cover a stuffing with one more part of puree and densely press flat cake from all directions.

5. Fry flat cakes in vegetable oil to a golden crust, accurately overturning a wooden scapula.
