The stuffed champignons

Unusual snack will approach any holiday and will become both addition to any dish, and an independent dish. Not for nothing fall — a time of mushrooms!

It is required to you

  • 15 big champignons, 400 grams of chicken fillet, 300 grams of cheese, 1/2 packs of mayonnaise, ½ bunches of greens, vegetable oil

Instruction

1. Peel champignons from dirt and wipe with a damp rag. Remove legs of a mushroom so that not to damage a hat.

2. Cut legs of a mushroom on small circles and fry on vegetable oil.

3. Boil chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and slightly fry on vegetable oil.

4. Grate cheese and divide into two parts. Wash greens and small cut

5. Mix the fried legs of mushrooms, chicken fillet, mayonnaise, 1 part of cheese and greens. Well mix and fill with this stuffing champignons. For this purpose use a teaspoon.

6. From above strew mushrooms with the remained cheese and bake in an oven of 20-30 minutes.
