It is required to you

  • - 8 large eggs;
  • - 80 ml of mayonnaise;
  • - 30 ml of lemon juice;
  • - tablespoon of Dijon mustard;
  • - several branches of fresh greens (it is possible to use mint, a basil or an oregano);
  • - salt to taste;
  • - pinch of ground black pepper.


1. Eggs it is necessary to boil hard-boiled and to allow them to cool down, and to crush greens.

2. In a small cup we mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

3. We cut the cooled-down eggs small pieces and we mix with fragrant gas station and fresh greens.
