  • - 2 egg whites;
  • - 60 g of lentil;

  • - walnuts;
  • - bread crumbs, flour;
  • - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. Boil hard boiled eggs, clean, cut each egg in half. Accurately pull out yolks. Boil lentil until ready, mix with walnuts and yolks.

2. Crush lentil with other ingredients by means of the blender, salt, pepper to taste.
